The Cutthroat Trout is the state fish of Utah. Cutthroat Pale Ale has a rich copper color with a clean, complex malty fullness. It has slighty fruity and estery overtones and a dry hoppy finish.
Had the Anglers version in Maryland, and it's very nice. Good for someone who's not into super-hoppy beers but wants a little taste. Mild and pleasant without being boring.
I'm a definite beer n00b, so take this review with a grain of salt, but I'm not a big fan of the flowery esters in this beer.
Tried it last night for the first time. Has that hoppy bite I like. But not Piney more fruity
A good bodied ale, best on tap at the brewery. Go to the top of Park City's historic mainstreet, and sit on the balcony
This is one of my FAVORITE beers!! I probably drink this beer the most out of any other beer!
Tastes great in Utah. Brewing is a little inconsistent, but when it ain't too sweet I'll drink it all night.
