Formerly,it was not very common but since being taken over by Bass, this Irish Ale has had very impressive growth in sales. Bass deliberately has targetted the young drinker market and very successfully to boot. This ale has a 4.8% alcohol by volume (ABV) so it is quite strong.It is very smooth and drinkable and pours to a nice creamy head.It is a very enjoyable drink on a warm day,which,in the tropics,means just about every day. 129
